As we enter into 2016, we reflect on the blessings and challenges of the past 12 months, and we approach this new year filled with energy and joy.
This past year, ARFC continued its supportive housing initiatives, providing opportunities for safe and sustainable homes to HIV-impacted families. We also continued to provide a comprehensive after school program to Newark children, and built upon our summer apprenticeship program for teens. We provided over 150 individuals with case management and substance abuse prevention services. Our staff facilitated more than 80 support groups for HIV-positive individuals. And through the 3 St. Clare's Homes, ARFC provided a safe haven to neglected or abused children in need of specialized medical care.
We could not have achieved success without the uplifting spirit of supporters, volunteers, and the gracious communities of New Jersey.
Thank you and may you enjoy a new year brimming with warmth, love, and family!
