Transitional Housing Program

Our WorkProject Nest Transitional Housing Program

Project Nest Transitional Housing Program is a flagship program in New Jersey that addresses the growing need for supportive services specific to the HIV-positive gay/bisexual community. Project Nest is a unique initiative—providing holistic patient-centered care through medical support, case management, dialectical behavioral therapy, supportive housing, therapeutic/substance-abuse counseling, and academic and employment support, to young men facing discrimination, exploitation, and homelessness. We have locations in East Orange and the Atlantic City area.

The goal of this program is to empower young HIV-positive gay/bisexual youth to overcome previous hardship and stigma, further enabling them to seek healthier life-sustaining behaviors in their transition to adulthood.

We are now taking referrals and self-referrals for Project Nest. Click on the “Referral Screening Form” button to complete the screening application.
