#GivingTuesday 2017

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving and this year, ARFC would like to recognize the people in our communities that have dedicated their life or work to making someone else feel special by helping others in need. We want to honor these giving heroes and show them just how much we appreciate them.

This week, leading up to November 28, 2017, we want to highlight our Community Giving Heroes and recognize them for being kind and selfless. We will post a story each day and we’d like you all to get involved in a very big way. For most of these giving heroes, ARFC is part of their family and they have a history with our organization. For some of them, we ask that you share pictures and descriptions of people who you think should be recognized for their acts of kindness. Let’s show them just how much we care, love, and support them by making a pledge in the comments section of each post.

On #GivingTuesday, proceed to honoring that pledge by making a donation to ARFC through the “Donate” button on our Facebook page. Donations received, will be matched, dollar for dollar, by Facebook Foundation and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. We’re so happy to be participating in this campaign again and we hope you’ll join us.
